And damn proud of it.

John Anderson | June 18, 2008

Gadget buyers more assertive, even arrogant

Who writes these things?

John Anderson | May 17, 2008

From a survey I was sent about CitiBank… I was asked to state how much I agree with these statements.

Um, What?

They must be testing a new slogan… CitiBank… Making You A Better Parent!

John Anderson | April 2, 2008

Anybody who can get Peter Griffin, Space Ghost, and Master Shake on their council is worthy in my book.

Wow, a true A-B comparison test…

John Anderson | April 28, 2007

Yes.  I am a nerd.  Today, I am proud to annouce that I am the proud owner of not only a Toshiba HD-DVD player, but a 60GB Playstation 3.   As most of you know, I simply refuse to play console games.  Indeed, tonight’s review is between the previous favorite HD-A1, and the new kid in town, the Playstation3 60GB.

Before we begin, some background is in order.  I had purchased the Toshiba player almost 7 months before it was shippped from Amazon.  They offered excuse after excuse. Fast forward to today.

I went to my local target, and they had 8 60GB units in stock.   I told the salesperson that I only wanted to use it as a Blu-Ray player, and his recommendation was that I wait a few weeks, as the PS3 seemed to break down regularly.  I really did appreciate his candor.  He was open and honest. something oft forgotten.

Sense of Humor - Women are attracted to people with a good sense of humor. Be sure to put yours on display!
Financial Situation - You’ve got your financial situation under control, which is a very desirable quality. Be careful to avoid women who are only interested in your money.
Open-Mindedness - You are open to trying new things and entertaining new ideas, and this widens your pool of available women.
Adventurousness - You are willing to try new things and be spontaneous. You want to get out there and really live, and you will attract people with a similar love of life.
Varied Interests - You don’t limit yourself, and that’s a dating asset. Your varied interests make you available and interesting to a wider range of women.
Dating Weaknesses Explained
Pessimism - Too much cynicism can be a turn-off. Try to see the brighter side of things and people will be attracted to your positive outlook.
Appearance - Devoting a greater effort at making good first impressions is a must. Try to be fit and develop a style if you want to catch a woman’s attention.
Insecurity - Your insecurity makes you doubt yourself, but you must learn to love and trust yourself if you want to succeed in dating.
